for any Phone Carrier
If you or your friend received the first part of the song text message but not the song text, then delivery failure is due to the specific mobile device or the Carrier (AT&T, Sprint, TMobile etc).
Problem:  Recipients mobile carrier (AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, etc.) has a marketing block on his mobile phone.
Solution:  Call the carrier and ask that the marketing block be removed.  Please let the carrier know that some mms messages are not being received, and reference short code 55678.
Problem:  The text recipient does not have good signal strength on his/her mobile device OR there is signal interference at the time the song message is sent to him/her; OR the aggegator, associated with the phone's carrier, experienced overload at the time the song text was sent, causing a latency, delivery delay or delivery failure.
Solution:  In some cases, the song message will arrive, despite the delay, once signal strength is good or cell tower interference is clear. In some cases the song text will have to be resent.  If it is resent and still doesn't arrive, then the recipient should let the carrier know that some mms messages are not being received, and reference short code 55678.
Problem:  The text recipient has an older phone that does not accept mms messages into their phone, or if the phone can receive mms messaging, it can only receive messages that are 300 kb or less in size.
Solution: To receive our song texts, the phone must be able to receive mms, not just sms, text messaging, on their mobile device.  Call the carrier for this issue.  If the phone device can receive mms text messages, but only file sizes less than 600 kb, then some of our song texts will be too big for that phone to receive.  A newer phone purchase is required for that problem.
Problem:  Failed song text delivery
Solution:  Try doing a hard reset on your phone.   It varies by phone type so if you don't know how, google it or call your service provider(carrier) to learn how.
.
Problem 5:  In the settings area on your mobile device, the mms text messaging service is turned "off".
Solution:  Go into your phone settings and find the mms on/off function(location will vary according to phone type), and turn mms messaging to "on"
